Arizona Gov. Katie Hobbs (D) signed HB 1382 into law requiring PBM certification. The law also creates responsibilities and authority for the Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions to enforce certification, including investigations into PBM officers, owners, and directors, and to issue penalties such as fines, suspension, and revocation.
