The NCPA Foundation Board recently elected Donnie Calhoun to the Board of Trustees. Donnie, owner of Calhoun Compounding Pharmacy, is a past president of the NCPA Foundation and of NCPA. He is an Alabama Healthcare Hall of Fame Inductee and sits on several boards, including Pharmacists Mutual Insurance Company and Chiron. Donnie, who is from Anniston, Ala., attended Samford University McWhorter School of Pharmacy. “We are excited to have Donnie on the board again,” NCPA Foundation Board President Jerry Shapiro said. “His passion for independent pharmacy and the NCPA Foundation are inspiring.”
