CORE: NCPA Leadership Program
Elevate Your Leadership Skills and Transform Your Business with CORE
You focus on your staff. You focus on your inventory. You focus on your clinical services. You focus on your facility, systems, and technology. But the most important asset that any pharmacy has is its team. Who's focusing on you? Elevate yourself, because that's the key to elevating your business. Your leadership skills determine how everyone else, and everything else, performs.
CORE is not just another "how-to" program. It's a revolutionary approach to training pharmacy owners and their staff members toward success. We've assembled the most talented, most successful pharmacy owners and subject matter experts in the country to coach you on the most essential elements of team leadership. Every week for an entire year, you'll collaborate with one of our coaches in a small group setting — and you'll have the opportunity to spend one-on-one time with them as well. Your enrollment in CORE also includes complimentary registration to our Annual Convention, where you'll have the opportunity to network with your fellow classmates and coaches in person at an exclusive session.
In an era where community pharmacy challenges abound, we believe getting back to the basics will allow your store(s) to reach new heights. Learning how to adapt, innovate, and improve in this landscape is the key to creating a healthy business that will carry you into the future.

Why should I participate?
We often forget to invest in our own leadership development, despite how crucial it is to a business’s longevity and success. Transformational leadership is rooted in the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve greater success. Through the program, you will develop skills in four essential domains that will redefine your business strategy: leadership, financials, operations, and marketing.
All of the CORE programming will be done within a limited small group of other pharmacy owners and key personnel going through the same program together — building on a sense of community not only to learn but also to implement practical changes in your business. CORE will allow you to immerse yourself in focused learning sessions and collaborative exchanges with industry trailblazers to achieve new feats that will help transform your business.
