Mental Health First Aid training is an effective, evidence-based method to prepare your staff for encounters with people going through mental health or substance abuse crises, whether that happens in your pharmacy or in day-to-day life. How do we know it’s effective, you ask? We surveyed previous participants, and every single one of them said it was relevant to their work. Respondents told us the training is helpful and informative, and left them better prepared to assist patients in crisis. The registration deadline for our next training is this Friday, April 17. The training will be held over two days, April 21 and 23, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. ET each day.
Attendees will learn how to recognize signs of a mental health crisis, provide support, and connect them with the resources they need. Thanks to the support of the Cardinal Health Foundation, we're also able to offer $50 off registration for all participants.
