And you thought “Pi Day” was March 17. There’s a special day for almost every kind of pie, and today, lemon gets its turn. I’ll share a recipe here, but – full disclosure – my grandmother’s lemon meringue pie had no peer, and sadly, I don’t have her recipe. So, here’s one that’s highly rated. It’s actually called Grandma’s Lemon Meringue Pie, but I’m certain it can’t hold a candle to the one that came out of Irene’s kitchen.
